Pastry – serves: 10 – preparation time: 10 minutes – cooking time: 30 minutes Preheat the (hot air) oven to 302 degrees F (150 degrees C). Add the diary butter, sugar, wheat flour and salt to a bowl. Add the ginger syrup. Cut the ginger spheres in little pieces and add half to the bowl. Beat the egg and add to the bowl. Cut the mix with a knife and knead the dough until it becomes a ball. Grease the round baking tin. Press the dough ball in the baking tin. Spread the remaining ginger pieces on the dough. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
