You start by preparing the yeast eight hours prior to processing. Once you've set everything melt the butter and pour in the mixture, then you start to knead vigorously and add the flour until you have a stiff dough. Then take the dough and stretch, giving it the shape of a rooster.
Take the raisins and place it over the dough. Then cover it all with another layer of dough to create the shape of the legs, the comb and the eyes. Bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
