The name of the pie is ‘Sneeuwster’ also ‘
Snowstar’ because it looks like a snowstar.
The pie has a soft cake and in between a layer of eggnog and whipped cream. You
can fill it with anything you like, it will taste good. The top is cut into 12
slices. After the eggnog and the whipped cream, the slices are put on top and
form a star. The powdered sugar looks like snow and it really looks like a
delicious soft snowstar.

Preheat the oven to 302 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Grease the tin.
Beat the eggs with a mixer in a bowl.
Add the vanilla sugar, sugar and water to the bowl.
Beat this mix lightly for 10-15 minutes.
Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and add
this to the batter.
Put the batter in the round baking form.
Bake 45 minutes in the oven.
Cool the pie for 10 minutes and remove it from the
