Pastry – serves: 10-12 – preparation time: 20-30 minutes – cooking time: 50-60 minutes

Peel and slice all the apples, mix them with sugar and cinnamon. Gave this mixture some time to retract. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sieve the flour into a bowl. Add some salt, and then add the sugar. After this add a packet of vanilla sugar. And then add the butter to the mixture. After that cut the dough into small pieces with two knifes, make sure you mix it well.  Then the egg yolk goes into the mixture,  and later use the egg protein to cover the pie. Knead the dough with your hands. Wash your hands and take a piece of the dough for the garnish. Knead the dough with your hands against the bottom of the cake pan. Put half of the apple mixture into the pastry case. Then sprinkle the raisins over the apples. And then another layer of apples. After that the almonds are added. And then again the last apples. Then roll the last pieces of dough between your hands into strands and put these on the apple pie. Put the pie into the oven for about 50-60 minutes.
