HOW TO
Pastry – serves: 5 – preparation time: 20 minutes – cooking time: 20 minutes
Preheat the (hot air) oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Separate the egg whites and yolks.
Mix the the egg whites until foamy and large
bubbles form .
Add the baking powder, flour, lemon juice and salt to the egg whites.
Then, while mixing, gradually add 50 g sugar and vanilla sugar while until the egg whites are stiff.
Mix the egg yolks in another bowl with 50g sugar until it’s a creamy mass.
Carefully add the yolks to the egg whites.
Leave the dough to thicken for about five minutes.
Put tablespoons of the dough on the baking paper.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
